All products at Bhakti Marg Lifestyle are made-to-order (Print on Demand). Hence, we follow a strict No Return & No Refund Policy.

🚫 NO RETURNS / NO REFUNDS
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
Size or fit issues
Color or design expectations
Change of mind
Incorrect address provided
Courier delays
Minor print or color variations
Used or washed products

❌ NO RETURNS ON SALE / DISCOUNTED ITEMS

Discount
Coupon
Offer / Promotion
are strictly NON-RETURNABLE & NON-REFUNDABLE.
No exceptions.

✅ EXCEPTION (ONLY TWO CASES)
Replacement or refund is allowed ONLY IF:
Product is damaged, OR
Wrong product is delivered

📦 CONDITIONS (MANDATORY)
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Unboxing video required (no cuts or edits)
Product must be unused
Claims without an unboxing video will be rejected.

🚚 SHIPPING CHARGES
A ₹100–₹150 shipping & handling fee may be charged.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
